    Cut avocado in half. Remove pit, and use a spoon to scoop the flesh out. Add avocado to the blender.

  1. Add remaining ingredients.

    Add 1/2 C olive oil, 1/2 C balsamic vinegar, and 1 tsp salt to the blender.

  1. Blend and adjust.

    Blend on high power until smooth. The dressing is very thick, so you may add water to thin it out. Add water 1 Tbsp at a time until it has reached your desired consistency.
